You can then budget acordingly. You don’t want to loose sleep because you’ve spent all you’re money at the start of your holiday. Whatever you plan to do, its a good idea to set aside a bit more money then you think you need to ensure you have sufficient to cover unexpected expenses.

The UK has often been blamed for wasting a lot of food each year. Several studies have shown that UK supermarket’s throw away aproximately 200,000 tonnes of food anually. While many people throw away there food as soon as it reaches it’s “best before” date, others believe that this is unnecesary and wastefull because many types of food are still safe to be eaten along after that date has passed. Consequently, companys are taking advantage of this – new businesses are making million’s of pounds by selling food and drink products that have passed there “best before” date but is still safe to consume. Whist grater use is being made of out-of-date produce, it is still important to ensure that food after its “best before” date is sake for ones health.

Recently, you may have heard exstatic proclaimations from analysts that the petcare sector is set to double in size over the coming decade. While these prophesies are by no means exagerated, some degree of caution must be applied by the investor before any descision regarding outlay is made. I speak from experience. A friend and myself both invested money in what appeared to be a fire-sure hit: a website selling high-end pet acessories. In principal, the consept was sound. The website’s technology was user-friendly and the team behind it highly skilled. However, the marvellous team of who I speak lacked industry incite. They failed to realise that they were scores of similar sites launching daily – this was no longer the early noughties’, when start-ups had the run of the internet. Sales stagnated and I received little or no returns. The realisation that I had err’d hit me like a bolt of lightening. It was a difficult personnel below. I now make no investments without a rigourous assessment of the market and exhorstive financial forcasts.
